Nancy holds a degree in Management Studies from the University of Cumbria. She is a Coach at TISOC and a certified Exo Consultant. She has obtained the Exponential Innovator Certification, by Purpose Alliance and the Digital Marketing Leadership, Google by avado.

Nancy has worked and lived in Chile, Japan, China, France, Australia, and Argentina. and has more than 25 years of experience in Retail areas, leading HR teams, processes, organization, supply and commercial. She is a member of the Lean In Argentina network and the Female Talent circle. 

She loves writing and is the author of the book "Circular Roads", and she is also a volunteer with the GiveNation.
