The set of needed jobs that are emerging today are different and will require different skill sets. In the age of innovation, we need customized transformational programs that can upskill female potentials in the right direction.

 At W4I , we launched our new initiative, SheInnovates, to make digital transformation more inclusive. As organizations are developing and implementing transformative strategies, women must have a seat at the ideation and execution table. This program will help women upskill and re-skill toward innovation to help them and their companies grow exponentially.
